Sherita N Brace is a Development Professional with experience in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about fundraising, community development and the empowerment of the vulnerable within the society and is consistently seeking ways through which she can make an impact. Among the initiatives she has spearheaded are developing a service learning program to promote reading among at-risk students and advocating for the concept of “girl child” education in an economically marginalized community in Ghana.
She has been pivotal in fundraising initiatives spanning writing of grants, organizing of events, forging partnerships and securing event sponsorships. Sherita brings both creative and critical thinking to bear in her current role as she collaborates with team members towards fulfilling the critical objectives of Dreaming Out Loud.
